Privacy Policy

Ethoryx Research ("Ethoryx", "we", "us") builds cryptographic and market-analysis tools, including the TGSS (Tesfa Grid Structural Signal) market-signal product and its Terminal apps. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

Ethoryx product accounts and TGSS Terminal:

Account data: the email address and password you register with (passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes, we never see or store your plain-text password). Optionally, a display name you choose.
Product usage data: API keys and their usage counters; for TGSS, your saved paper-trading tests (instrument, timeframe, strategy, amount, decision history) and virtual wallet balance, so they can sync across your devices when signed in.
Files you submit for certification: if you use the Spectral Certificate product, the file or text you certify is hashed and analyzed to produce a certificate; we retain the certificate record (hash, fingerprint, timestamp) so it can be verified later. We do not read, share, or repurpose the content of your files.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do: we do not sell your data, run third-party advertising or trackers, or access your device's contacts, photos, or location. The TGSS Terminal apps do not connect to your bank or exchange account, all "trading" in the app today is simulated (paper trading) using your own hypothetical amounts.

2. Ethoryx's own execution pilot

TGSS runs its own signals on a Binance testnet (play-money) account that Ethoryx owns and operates, shown publicly for transparency. This does not involve your funds, your exchange account, or any personal data of yours.

3. Market data providers

To generate signals, our servers query third-party market-data providers (Twelve Data, Finnhub, Alpha Vantage). These requests concern financial instrument prices only, no personal data about you is sent to them.

4. How we use your data

To operate your account and keep your saved tests/wallet in sync across devices.
To authenticate API requests and enforce plan limits.
To investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
To improve the product (aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns only).

5. Data retention & deletion

Account and product data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us (below), we will remove it within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

6. Children's privacy

Ethoryx products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. API access uses bearer tokens. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) throughout.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes materially. Continued use of Ethoryx products after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
