Not financial advice. TGSS is a structural/statistical market-signal research tool. It shows historical accuracy honestly, including losing periods. Nothing in Ethoryx's products is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Trading involves risk of loss. "Trading" in the TGSS Terminal apps is simulated paper trading with hypothetical amounts by default. An optional, separate broker-connect feature (invite-only beta, desktop/web) lets you have TGSS's rules place orders in your own exchange account using a trade-only API key you create — it requires your explicit consent, Ethoryx never holds your funds, and a withdrawals-enabled key is refused. The Android store app contains no real-money trading.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
The "live tests" you start in TGSS Terminal are simulations using data from our signal engine and public market prices; they do not place real orders. Separately, Ethoryx runs its own signals against its own Binance account (testnet and/or a small real-money pilot), shown publicly for transparency; this never involves your funds.
Paid plans (such as TGSS Plus) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment processing and applicable taxes and appears on your statement. Prices are shown before purchase on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal linked in the app or in any receipt email; cancellation stops future charges and you keep paid features until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy, including a 14-day refund on your first payment. Paid plans unlock software features (usage limits, priority refresh); they are not financial advice and do not involve the management of customer funds.
Ethoryx products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of any prediction, or that historical performance will repeat. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed, revised, or unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethoryx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, including any trading or investment decisions you make using information from our products.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will update the date above.
